Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total:
- Orders over $100 → Free Shipping
- Orders between $50 – $99 → $10 Shipping Fee
- Orders below $50 → $15 Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are applied at checkout.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typicall it ranges from 5–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Strictly Trendy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. However, if your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
